弛张筛脱粉入洗工艺的探讨

摘要: 结合目前动力煤市场情况变化和国家环保部门对动力煤洗选要求的提高,探讨了几种可行的脱粉入洗工艺。通过对核心设备的工作原理和结构特点的分析以及各种设备在现场使用效果的调研,初步认为这几种脱粉入洗工艺比目前使用较多的块煤排矸或全入洗工艺更能进一步提高产品质量、减少煤泥量,增加动力煤选煤厂经济效益。

关键词: 脱粉, 弛张筛, 浅槽, 旋流器, 跳汰机

Abstract: This paper, by referring to steam-coal market status and higher requirements by the environmental authority for steam-coal cleaning, researches into a few of cost-effective and workable techniques, which are based on fines removing before coal washing. Through analyses in the principles and structures of core equipment and in the onsite usage of various equipment, those fines-removing-before-coal-washing techniques are preliminarily regarded as more capable than currently popular techniques, like rock removing from lump coals or full coal washing, to enhance product quality, reduce coal slime, and thus to boost the economic benefit to a steam-coal cleaning plant.
